When the Red Knight shoots a crossbow bolt at you, you need more than mail to keep you safe. A crossbow can shoot a bolt three times harder than a bow shoots an arrow. The sharp steel tip on the end of the bolt will go right through the mail.	Put a breastplate over your mail and your chest will be protected. It's not really that heavy. The steel isn't very thick, but it makes crossbow bolts and arrows slide right off to the sides. But what about the rest of your body?
