Associate Director of Principal Gifts (Two Positions)
The museum’s development department seeks qualified candidates for its two Associate Director of Principal Gifts positions to assist with the ongoing development and implementation of the museum’s comprehensive principal giving program. The Associate Directors of Principal Gifts maintain a dynamic portfolio of active principal giving prospects, develop, and manage those prospects through cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship to achieve stated financial attainment and major gift officer activity goals. These individuals also assist with the execution of the comprehensive marketing and engagement efforts aimed at educating the museum’s constituents and thereby attracting principal gifts and works with and educates volunteers and other members of the Development staff to integrate principal giving information and solicitation strategies into all aspects of the museum Development program.
Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree from a four year college or university and five to seven years of related experience and/or training.
