Gallery One User Support Technician
The Cleveland Museum of Art seeks a qualified Gallery One User Support Technician for its Information Management and Technology Services department. Duties include overseeing the technology systems used in the Gallery One space, performance of technical duties, and maintenance of technological systems. Additional duties may include covering the Help Desk phone line and resolving Help Desk tickets.
Ideal candidates will possess one to three years of demonstrated experience in a Help Desk or audio/visual environment, knowledge of system architectures (specifically Dell, HP, and Apple), familiarity with both Windows and Mac operating systems, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and basic networking skills. Additionally, the position requires experience in the troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of hardware, software, printers, peripherals, and networking equipment. Must be able to lift 50 pounds as part of regular duties. This is a full-time position that may require occasional evening and weekend hours.
