Information Management and Technology Services

The Business Support Analyst provides focused technical support for museum departments by identifying, recommending, and implementing technology and business-process solutions.

Working under the supervision of the Director of Advancement Administration, the Office Administrator is responsible for the organization and coordination of the Advancement Division office operations, procedures, and resources to facilitate organizational effectiveness and efficiency, and supports the Director of Advancement Administration in all facets of those same efforts.

The museum’s Protection Services department has immediate part-time job openings for a customer service oriented Night Watch Persons.

Visitor Experience

The museum seeks qualified applicants to supplement its in-house Call Center and Box Office operation.

The Deputy Director for Collections is responsible for overseeing and providing leadership for the Curatorial departments as well as Collections Management, Conservation, Exhibitions, Curatorial and Collection Publications, Performing Arts, and the Ingalls Library. A member of the senior management team, the Deputy Director for Collections develops policies, procedures, and guidelines related to the growth, management, exhibition and interpretation of the collections, and ensures adherence to the highest standards of scholarship while achieving maximum curatorial leadership and educational impact for audiences regionally, nationally, and internationally.

Protection Services

The museum’s Protection Services department has part-time opportunities for customer service oriented Gallery Guards. The Gallery Guard provides assistance and simple directions to visitors as well as protecting the Museum’s collection, staff and visitors against fire, theft and accidents.
