A graywacke, a muted dark-green stone smoothed to a matte finish, depicts a beetle facing our right. Incised lines highlight the wings and a segmented head on its smooth, rounded back. At the front, several pointed, tooth-like notches sit above a small, centered circular hole. A thin horizontal groove runs around the base. Where the stone is carved or worn, it appears as a lighter, pale gray surface.
