A flint hand axe features a horizontal, tapered body with a thick, rounded base narrowing toward a blunt tip. Its heavily worked surface is marked by concave flake scars and ridges, varying from deep chocolate brown to light tan. Glossy, reflective patches contrast with matte, pitted areas across the stone. This rugged tool displays an asymmetrical form, shaped by deliberate strikes that left a complex topography of dips and sharp edges.
