This flared silk skirt is topped with a wide off-white waistband. A central red panel features low-contrast damask florals and a lower rectangular section embroidered with vibrant blue peonies and glinting gold thread. Vertical pleated strips in black, red, and blue silk flank the center. A dark border, intricately embroidered with scrolling blue and white flowers, outlines the bottom and central panel, creating a structured and richly textured garment.
