A wide travertine bowl is shaped like a shallow basin with a rounded base and thin rim. The stone transitions through concentric, horizontal bands of cream, tan, and beige. Several vertical cracks cut through the polished surface, including a large reattached segment on the right. A reddish-brown stain follows the edge of this segment. The exterior curves upward from the base to form a broad opening.
