A circular, slightly convex basketry lid is woven from fine, tan fiber. At the center, a small rounded knob handle rises from a series of thin, concentric rings. Small geometric blocks in red, green, blue, and yellow punctuate the surface, formed by colored fibers. Near the outer rim, patterns of vertical blue and yellow lines repeat rhythmically. The twining technique creates a textured surface of delicate, radiating circles extending toward the edge.
