A dark brown iron sword guard features a scalloped, flower-shaped outer rim. Three central openings—a tall vertical slot flanked by two rounded apertures—pierce the body. A dense pattern of wavy, parallel lines resembling wood grain fills the circular center, framed by a thin, braided border. The metal displays a matte, weathered finish, its dark surface bearing subtle textures and organic indentations throughout the aged design.
