A flat, circular iron sword guard is pierced by three vertical openings. The largest central opening has irregular edges, flanked by two rounded apertures. A pattern of yellow-gold three-lobed leaves and spiraling vines circles the dark, pitted surface. Fine engraved lines detail the leaves. The smooth gold decoration follows the disc's outer edge, creating a continuous organic border against the textured metal background.
