A flared skirt of light blue silk features a subtle woven floral pattern beneath a wide, cream-colored waistband marked with a small red circle. Vertical black lines and bronze-toned borders divide the garment into panels. At the bottom center, a rectangular section showcases dense, black floral embroidery. Significant fraying occurs along the left edge. A bronze band finishes the hem, with smaller floral motifs along the lower-right.
