Description

CMA Bulletin, December 1930
A tan coiled basketry bowl features a wide rim and sides that taper into a rounded base. Fine horizontal ribbing textures the entire surface. A geometric band of interlocking dark brown diamonds, rendered in small rectangular stitches, encircles the lower half. Near the top edge, the final coil overlaps slightly to finish the rim.
