A short dark-purple velvet jacket is ornately embroidered with dense, raised silver floral and scrolling patterns. Wide, flared sleeves extend horizontally to each side, hanging lower than the waist-length open bodice. At the hem and sleeve edges, a scalloped silver trim borders the garment, while a bright-green lining is visible inside the collar. Interweaving silver bands outline the patterns on the chest and sleeves, creating a heavily textured surface.
