A horizontally long off-white linen cloth features a smooth central section framed by a narrow lace border with small, pointed triangular edges. Two wide vertical bands of openwork needle lace, with repeating geometric star-shaped patterns, are inset near the left and right sides. The textured, airy appearance of the white lacework contrasts with the smooth, plain fabric that forms the rest of the rectangular piece.
