A slender, cylindrical enamel tool case stands vertically with thin, gilded caps at both ends. Its black body is densely covered in a fine gold geometric pattern. Down the center, a light-blue scalloped panel features spiraling red vines interspersed with yellow shapes and green accents. Dark-blue motifs terminate the panel at top and bottom. The elongated shaft exhibits intricate cloisonné work, blending vibrant colors within fine metallic wires.
