A walrus ivory and wood chopstick consists of a long, slender rod. Polished pale cream material makes the shaft, tapering gradually from a rounded top toward a blunt point at the base. On the upper portion, faint horizontal lines and subtle darker discolorations mark the surface. The slender implement maintains a vertical orientation, its smooth finish highlighting natural variations. Minimalist in form, the rod narrows throughout its length to a clean finish.
