A light-brown wood sculpture depicts a telephone pole with a tall, cylindrical post tapering to a point. A rectangular block forms the base. Three horizontal cross-arms of decreasing length pierce the upper portion of the pole. Small notches are carved into the ends of each arm. The sculpture is finished in smooth wood, showing a fine, natural grain across the entire surface.
