A honey-toned birch wood bowl is shaped like an inverted, flared cone. Across the upper portion, grain lines run horizontally. On the lower half, symmetrical, undulating patterns form nested arches. Smooth, thin walls angle sharply from the wide rim down to a small, circular foot. The warm tan wood transitions from a bright sheen at the top to soft shadows at its base.
