A gray green faience sculpture depicts Nephthys standing on a rectangular base. Wearing a flat, T-shaped crown and a shoulder-length wig, she holds her arms straight at her sides. Her slender body is shown with legs together, and her face features a straight nose and closed mouth. Small, dark indentations mark the matte surface at her navel and right leg, defining the vertical figure.
