A vertically oriented copper plate, in reddish-brown metal, features a gnarled tree with bare, intricate branches leaning toward the right. Fine etched lines create a dense web across the top, while long diagonal scratches and horizontal oxidation bands mark the surface of the cancelled plate. In the lower right corner, the name HAROLD M. HAUN appears in reversed letters, etched into the metal.
