A long, slender cloisonné enamel pipe angles from the bottom left. Vibrant blue enamel is covered in densely packed floral patterns of red, white, yellow, and green. Near the base, a flared ceramic bowl with a crackled beige glaze sits atop an intricate metal mounting. A smooth, pale yellow ivory piece caps the upper end, while the lower tip terminates in a dark, weathered metal rim.
