A dark brown wood stand features a horizontal panel connecting two tall vertical supports. A large phoenix-like bird centers the panel, its tail feathers surrounded by dense, openwork cloud swirls. The flanking supports display scaly, serpentine figures winding through similar spiraling patterns. Small, integrated feet elevate the base. The polished sculpture is comprised of interconnected organic shapes and dense, repeating cloud-like forms throughout its highly detailed, openwork design.
