A horizontal gilded copper plaque features a beaded gold border and a deep blue enamel background. Two collared golden dogs sit facing outward, their heads turned back toward a central flowering plant. Intricate gold vines and scrolling foliage swirl around the slender animals. Teal and white horizontal bands frame the top and bottom. Four circular holes are pierced through the corners, all set against a dark background.
