A rectangular dark-green jade tablet is engraved with gold patterns. At the center, a five-clawed dragon twists with its head facing forward, mouth open and whiskers long. Curling, cloud-like lines and stylized flames fill the background. At the base, peaked mountains rise from undulating water patterns. A thin gold line borders the entire composition.
