This mottled jade vessel is formed of two joined cylinders in shades of light green, brown, and cream. At its center, a horned birdlike creature stands atop the head of a crouching lionlike animal. Raised bands of swirling lines and circles wrap around the midsection. A second winged figure joins the back. The surface is polished, displaying natural veins and dark, textured patches.
