An off-white jade plaque with concave top and bottom edges is punctured by four corner holes featuring traces of reddish-brown pigment. Two birds are incised in profile, facing inward from opposite sides. Each has a circular eye, a curved beak, and long, sweeping lines representing wings and feathers. Fine, shallow carvings define their symmetrical forms across the smooth stone, meeting at a central vertical line.
