A rectangular gilded copper and enamel plaque is framed by a beaded border. Two large, white quatrefoils are set into a dark blue field; each lobe contains a green segment with a yellow trefoil. Red diamond outlines center the white designs. Smaller yellow, red, and blue clover patterns ornament the surrounding space. A thin white and gold band borders the composition, with mounting holes punctuating the four corners.
