A translucent, pale yellow-tan jade figurine depicts a flat, broad-bodied bird. A small rounded protrusion sits atop two large circles outlined in red pigment. Mottled textures and natural veining flow throughout the polished stone. Thin red streaks mark the torso, which narrows at the base into vertical notches representing tail feathers. Remnants of red pigment accentuate the carved eyes and tail.
