A wide lace and moire bonnet features a semi-circular brim of golden metallic lace supported by a wire frame. The lace arches over a black, rounded cap from which hang three long, rippled black fabric streamers with frayed vertical edges. A cluster of golden fringe ornament dangles from the bottom of the central streamer.
