An off-white muslin square features a central grid of embroidered eight-pointed stars on a translucent ground. This section is enclosed by a thin border of small circles and a wider border of scrolling, leafy vine motifs. The outer perimeter consists of pointed, crown-like lace tabs. The raised embroidery creates opaque patterns against the sheer base fabric. The entire textile is symmetrical and set against a solid dark background.
