A rectangular gold and enamel box with clipped corners features deep blue panels with vertical stripes. Centered on the lid, a painting depicts a woman, a man in a red coat, and a gray horse. Above them, the word "SOUVENIR" is inscribed in gold. White enamel borders with scrolling patterns frame each section, and a small gold urn decorates the side corner panels.
