A pale-green jade carving is shaped into a tall cylinder, its surface deeply pierced to depict a mountain landscape. Tiny figures, pavilions, and gnarled pine trees emerge in high relief, while dark green jade rings cap the top and bottom. The object rests on a tiered base consisting of a fluted, gold-colored metal stand atop a dark green jade platform finished with a carved geometric border around its edge.
