A dark green jade ring, carved with an interlocking geometric pattern, forms the bottom of this tiered base. Above it, a gilt bronze level features a band of repeating raised petals. A smooth, gold-colored disc sits on top, supporting a central hollow tube with a circular opening and threaded top. The tiered structure contrasts the translucent, dense stone with the ornate, reflective quality of the polished bronze.
