A shallow rectangular drawer is made of iridescent white mother-of-pearl with wavy top edges. Ornate gold scrolls are mounted at the corners and along the front, where subtle swirls are carved into the surface. A thin gold post with a flat, circular top stands in the center of the interior. The material shows faint grey veins, while the interior reflects light from its smooth surfaces.
