A mother-of-pearl and gold note tablet tapers from a flat base to a stepped, arched top against a gray background. Its cream-colored surface features muted tan and brown mottling. A small gold pin shaped like a flower is centered near the upper edge. A fine vertical crack extends from the peak down through the pin. The tablet's layered construction is slightly visible along the left and bottom edges.
