A circular white jade disc with dark brown mottling features a central hole. The top section displays vertical columns of incised characters. Symmetrical patterns of swirling, curvilinear lines and organic shapes cover the remaining surface of the muted gray stone. A vertical fracture splits the upper edge, while smaller cracks spider across the aged face. The stone transitions between cream and gray, punctuated by weathered patches of deep brown.
