A horizontally oriented, dark woodblock is carved with deep, geometric gouges. To our left and center, angular human figures stand among fractured, blocky houses. In the upper center, a rectangular lantern hangs from a vertical pole. On our right, a pushcart features a large, spoked wheel. Sharp, chiseled lines and cross-hatching texture the entire dark surface, forming a dense, abstract town scene.
