A horizontally oriented woodblock carving in dark brown wood features orange horizontal grain lines. Deep, jagged incisions and rough gouges create fragmented ships from geometric shapes. In the center, triangular forms sit above a long hull. To our right, a vertical shape stands on a horizontal ledge, while angular marks on our left suggest another vessel. The entire surface is heavily textured with sharp, multi-layered cuts.
