A stylized dark brown carved woodblock features golden undertones and angular tree forms. A vertical trunk sprouts stiff branches with a smaller tree to the right. Incised stars mark the upper corners amidst dense, vertical grooves and choppy gouges that create a rugged, sandpaper-like texture. A solid horizontal band at the base forms a ground line. The nearly black surface reveals pale brown flecks where the wood has been deeply cut.
