A light cream ivory sculpture depicts a bald man who bends his right knee over a coiled snake. He balances on his left leg while holding his right arm above his head, palm down. His left hand holds a cylinder. He wears robes decorated with brown-stained grid patterns. Eyebrows furrowed and eyes narrowed, his mouth is open. The snake rests on a textured base beneath the figure's raised foot.
