Description

This fragment was a portion of a sleeve. The fabric appears to have faded from its original pink color.
An irregular silk textile fragment tapers from a wide, muted tan section toward a jagged point on the right. Significant wear is evident in the creased surface and scattered small holes. Along the left, a vertical decorative band features a wide dark gray-green stripe bordered by thin dark brown lines. Frayed edges reveal loose, woven threads where the scrap has been torn from a larger cloth, spread flat against a plain light background.
