A gold vanity case is shaped like a thin, rectangular box detailed with sunflower and leaf engravings across the top and sides. Scattered across the top surface in a loose grid are fourteen small, rounded mounds encrusted with diamonds. The polished metal has sharp corners and a flat profile, and the repetitive floral motifs provide a textured background for the brilliant clusters of stones.
