A translucent jadeite bowl takes the form of a curled lotus leaf, its surface mottled with emerald and pale green. Delicate stems and seed pods wrap around the exterior, with vines arching over the wavy rim into the center. Carved veins detail the leaves. The vessel rests on a base of twisting plant forms, where the material's translucency accentuates the intricate overlaps and organic shadows of the lush design.
