A cut-glass and silver jug features a clear body and neck intricately faceted with diamond-shaped patterns. To the right, a thick rectangular handle displays matching geometric cuts. A silver collar encircles the neck, supporting a hinged lid with a hammered finish and raised silver insects and leaves. A small lever rises above the hinge, and the sharp facets of the clear glass catch the light against the solid dark background.
