A semicircular ivory and metal fan features a central harbor scene in muted blues and reds with gold borders. On a stone pier, figures with light skin tones stand before sailing ships. Below, intricate pierced patterns frame a small medallion depicting figures in a boat. At the bottom, narrow sticks join at a base featuring a decorative stud. Blue and gold scrollwork accents the upper and lower edges of the fan.
