Did You Know?

In Asia, the wan 萬 symbol is associated with prosperity, good fortune, and various religions, Buddhism in particular.
A bronze square mirror, aged with a dark green patina, features a large Wan symbol radiating from a central knob. Four stylized figures occupy the quadrants formed by the symbol's bent arms. The dark brown surface, interlaced with light green oxidation, is heavily pitted. A thick, raised rim borders the square, framing the ancient geometric design and highlighting the weathered textures of the corroded metal.
