A square bronze mirror, aged with a green patina, has notched corners and a thick border. Two lions in relief circle a central knob: the top one lunges right with its jaws agape, while the bottom one lunges left. A pattern of tiny, repeating circles fills the background. The weathered surface is rough with crusty oxidation, highlighting the dynamic, curving forms of the prowling beasts.
