Description

An artist and instructor, Chesney worked at Atelier 17 in New York around the time he created Specters’ Holiday, which features the quirky blend of humor and horror characterizing much of his work from the period. Here, playfully bizarre forms cavort in a multicolored interior space demarcated by a door and window.
