A glossy, dark brown leather and wood box consists of a bulbous base and domed lid. Tooled lines form a pattern of overlapping, petal-like scales over the entire surface. Warm amber tones highlight these recessed grooves. The vessel tapers toward the bottom and at the seam where the lid sits. Light reflects across the smooth exterior, emphasizing rhythmic, pointed shapes carved into its curved facets.
